Electric motor: An electric motor (electric motor) is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, such as the rotation of a shaft. An electric motor derives mechanical energy from electrical energy through the interaction of magnetic fields. Toyota claims that the flywheel will last for more than 200,000 kilometres before replacement is required, using a proprietary maintenance program.[24]
